Shipping and Returns
SHIPMENTS
The work will be packed with rigid supports in order to be protected during transport. Delivery times to European Union member countries are 2-5 working days from the time of the order.
To find out the delivery times outside the European Union, we recommend contacting info@cdstudiodarte.it via email.
The shipping cost including packaging will be calculated before proceeding to payment.
RETURNS and REFUNDS
If the work is not as desired and if you intend to return it, you can do so within 48 hours of
delivery date.
You can send an email to info@cdstudiodarte.it .
We will contact you providing instructions regarding the return. In any case, we recommend that you carefully repack the work and send it to our address with the shipping label that we will provide.
In the event that the work is returned, the refund will be made with the same method with which the payment was made.
